The course covers hazards found in the work place and their control, food poisoning and its control, spoilage and preservation, personal hygiene, cleaning & disinfection, food premises & equipment, food safety law and its enforcement.

Tuesday 30th October (9.30am – 5pm)
Courses held in a Perth location from 9.30am – 5pm. Certificate will be issued to all who complete the test.
Cost £55 per person (plus VAT) – booking essential!
